At the beginning of the ‘90s, his older son Emanuele Dionisi joined the company. With an heterogeneous training and an education in Architecture, he will begin his career in the family business, initially taking care of all the Real Estate Management.
During those years, domestic real estate sector faced important structural changes, while increasing voices and concrete requests from abroad of foreigners with an interest on investing, whereas not settling directly, on Italian territory.
In response to this growing interest, Dionisi PROPERTY Search Limited was created in 2002, with registered office in London and since 2006 fully operational also in Italy.

International customer has different needs; he prefers typical properties of our territory (trulli, stone-houses), besides requires operational and functional flexibility known to us but little back then: this lead to the decision to combine Construction and Design’s areas with the Real Estate Management’s one, increasing their synergy while keep adopting a strategy Costumer Tailor-Made, for our client.
Requests we implement had increasing customization’s rate, therefore an expansion of services offered: international customer relies on us as the only reference with knowledge of the territory and local dynamics, with the know-how in terms of laws and standards about foreign markets.
With such a perspective relationships with owners become easier, allowing us to achieve a wider and well-kept properties’ portfolio; either customers have perceived easier services offered but, above all things, they have figure out how to amortize costs significantly: with these prerequisites, international customer showed they feel pretty much safer and more interested in investing.

During this ongoing adaptation to the needs of an ever-changing market, however, we have not forgotten our origins: Rieti, with its extensive province and the mythical Sabine land within.
So here we are, 67 years after this journey has begun, reconsider where we started even surely not the same as when we started.
Currently our special concern lies in recovering and enhance the properties of our territory; from our professional trajectory, we maintain the impeccability of service offered to our customer, a some kind of toughness in continuing to work with enthusiasm and with the same desire to keep learning as that laborer named Dionisi Giovanni.
