Virtual appointments with interactive maps, dynamic links and other information allow an almost realistic understanding of the properties.
At Dionisi Property we’ve been using this tool since 2002 together with advanced softwares, with whom you can “move” through the properties literally, by spherical photographs interconnected with each other.
This means ability to move among the floors, your observation point represented on interactive maps and optical cones, with the aim to always have a clear idea of where you are in his virtual appointment. Virtual tour also includes photos, videos, URL links and other info that complete property’s description.

Virtual tour is a multimedia project based on 360-degree panoramic photography, in which the visitor can observe the totality of the surrounding environment. It’s an interactive tool that offers the possibility to move through different observation points, allowing a vision of spaces and positions with surprising realism and quality.
Virtual Tour’s application can be found in manifold visualization of places: closed ones such as museums, religious places, exhibitions spaces, hotels; in open places as well such as tourist villages, scenic places, historic city centers, gardens, etc.
A Virtual Tour requires several development phases: an inspection of the environments to be photographed first, a general design, then the photographic shooting and post-production operations (retouching and assembling of the 360-degree images); later there’s an implementation of the tour following a predetermined path and an addition of multimedia elements eventually (audio, video, texts) that enrich the virtual visit to make it an engaging as well as an informative experience.
